Agreement to Terms
By accessing EasternDataHarvest.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Our data harvesting protocols are designed for professional business use. Any use of our predictive analytics platforms constitutes a formal acknowledgment that you possess the legal authority to enter into these agreements on behalf of your organization.
Operational Scope
Eastern Data Harvest provides specialized data harvesting and predictive analytics. We deliver insights based on extracted data sets, but the ultimate commercial application of these insights rests solely with the client.
Services are subject to scheduled maintenance. While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our analytical dashboards, access is provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify service parameters to maintain the integrity of our harvest methodology.

Compliance & Conduct
Permitted Use
Users must use our insights for lawful business intelligence only. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary harvesting scripts or interfere with the server infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
Account Integrity
Credentials provided for our predictive analytics portal are non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
The visual interface, proprietary algorithms, and "Eastern Data Harvest" wordmark are the exclusive property of Eastern Data Harvest. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated insights for internal reporting.
Data Responsibility
While we ensure the technical accuracy of our harvest, clients are responsible for ensuring that their request for specific data points complies with their local regional privacy regulations.
Limitations & Jurisdictions
Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on Eastern Data Harvest's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Eastern Data Harvest makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Eastern Data Harvest or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
